Target is a practical “fast-loading” goal. If it’s too large: try WebP, avoid PNG unless needed, and turn off “Prefer higher quality”.

Quick choice: WebP is usually best for websites. JPG is a safe choice for photos that need maximum compatibility. PNG is best when transparency or sharp UI graphics matter, but it can be much larger.
